Kirkwood Inn’s scenic landscape is as unique as its interior. Each guest gains access to six scenic acres of park-like grounds filled with a wide variety of colorful flowers and plants. Fragrant lavender drapes over brick walkways leading to the colonial Historic Kirkwood House (c. 1799) where breakfast is served each morning.

Guests may stroll through a vibrant perennial flower and herb garden which continues to a wooded nature trail, where wildlife is often spotted. Throughout the property guests will find benches, a covered picnic table, charming white gazebo, and brick patio with tables and chairs offering a quiet retreat for reading or outdoor dining.
